Business Development Executive

Based in Poland, your role will be to contribute to the effective acquisition of new enterprise customers for our online marketing platform. Reporting to the Head of Sales in Poland, you will help execute a comprehensive business development strategy.   

We provide top-notch equipment and tools for work: MackBooks, Hubspot CRM, Slack, Jira,,, SalesNavigator and more! 

Business Development Executive
Key responsibilities:  
  • generate and develop new sales opportunities  
  • reach revenue targets in accordance with the department’s strategy  
  • work daily with the CRM system (Hubspot) in order to keep information up-to-date and optimize sales funnels 
  • convert incoming leads into customers (inbound)  
  • identify new potential customers and proactively contact them (outbound)  
  • set up and lead customer demos for successful product presentations  
  • represent GetResponse at trade shows  
  • consult in relation to the current best practices in email marketing and marketing automation 
  • native Polish is a must  
  • very good command of English (min. B2) 
  • 3 years’ experience in sales  
  • preferably 1 year’s experience in selling SaaS applications  
  • strong skills in negotiating and closing deals  
  • flexibility and a can-do attitude  
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills  
  • ability to work in a multicultural environment, often remotely with customers
