Sales Specialist with Portuguese

We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:

  • Active selling and promoting company’s products by phone to existing customers from Portuguese market
  • Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers
  • Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading the value of the order made by our customers
  • Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
  • Competitive salary + bonuses
  • Work in an attractive location in the center of Warsaw or from home
  • Flexible working hours which may be adjusted to your needs (40 hours per week between 08:00 - 19:00)
  • Home delivery of devices needed for work: personal computer and headphones

  • Native Portuguese language
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week and attending a 4 days training in Warsaw or via Skype
  • Experience in a position related to the sales and customer services is always appreciated
