Back Office Agent with German

YOUR TASKS
  • Processing the tickets in ticketing tool
  • Creating reports of the tickets
  • Usage of closing codes within tickets
  • Updating the asset database
  • Supporting our international customers and internal delivery teams worldwide
  • Handling project documentation
  • Supporting project teams in administrative tasks
  • Handling active communication with our local teams and local management
  • Data verification in our ticketing system

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Communication with customer skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Openness to learn new skills – technical vocabulary and issues from hardware area
  • Good German skills - B2 or higher
  • Basic English skills - A1
