Customer Care Agent - Online Store

Job description

  • Communication with clients over the phone, chat, email, Social Media;
  • Advising clients and potential clients;
  • Taking orders (By phone, chat, Social media, etc.)
  • Process quick and eficient the requests, in a manner satisfactory to customers;
  • Active participation in improving work processes.
  • Collaborates with the other departments of the company for the good development of the activity;
  • Compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have the ability to fully understand customer needs and quickly find solutions to their requests;
  • Communicate well, fluently, clearly and coherently in polish. You have a rich vocabulary;
  • You are an energetic person with a positive attitude;
  • You are an organized person, attentive to details, conscientious and honest;
  • You are result oriented. You get 100% involved in what you do;
  • You have the ability to prioritize your tasks and activity well and to work efficiently, both individually and in a
  • team;
  • You have good knowledge of PC / MS Office / E-mail / Internet / Social Media.
  • You have knowledge of English Medium level
