Global Operations Support Agent
Wroclaw - ul. Wyścigowa
Your Tasks
  • Opening, monitoring, and updating incidents in our ticketing system
  • Data validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • Collaboration with our engineers and manager

Our Requirements
  • Good English skills (in speaking & writing)
  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Proactivity and flexibility to take over new tasks
  • Readiness to work day and night shifts Monday-Friday

Would be an asset:

  • Basic IT knowledge
