Project Assistant

Your Tasks
  • Data validating, analysing and reporting in Excel
  • Monitoring and analysing project performance as well as reporting to project managers
  • Managing internal documentation
  • Business communication and support of international customers and internal delivery teams worldwide via the phone and e-mail
  • Ensuring timely implementation of tasks and proper flow of information
  • Administrative support to Project Managers with ad hoc tasks

Our Requirements
  • Very good English skills
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel is essential, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions quickly
  • Readiness to multitasking and coping with a heavy workload
