Project Description:

We are looking for an internal project manager who will be focused on supporting delivery organization with people management, delivery tracking, and monitoring, developing relationships with clients, selecting proper team members.

Responsibilities

You will drive delivery, quality and productivity in global delivery teams for the global Swiss bank in Wealth Management area in EMEA & APAC regions

  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • Have and ability to suggest competitive and innovative technical decisions, get client buy-in and deliver commitments
  • Liaise with project team up to 30 people, and internal/external stakeholders with possibility of further growth
  • Leadership with the overall responsibility for the motivation, assisting in resource planning, procedures, coaching and team/project performance
  • Providing daily operational support to the team covering staff monitoring, feedback and assistance, monitoring performance, implementing actions to achieve business/personal goals
  • Ensuring sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams, whole team Risk Management (staff, project), attrition control.
  • Working closely with Senior Program Manager to achieve projects business goals.
  • Working on contract details (contract evaluation, extension, assignment of bonuses), involved in operational/tactical/strategic activities, responsible for hiring for the team/project.
Skills
  • Understanding project management principles: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum
  • Previous experience working as as Project Manager, Resource Manager, or on a similar role related to staff and client management (4+ years).
  • Proven experience of managing team size of 10+ FTE, preferably in an outsourcing / offshore setup
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with subordinates, customer representatives, senior management.
  • Pro-activeness, responsiveness, communicative, willingness to learn and grow professionally. Strong soft skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC
