For our client, an international company creating a new business services center in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for an:

Automation Expert with English

responsible for simplifying, standardizing and automating finance processes in collaboration with Finance Team.
Location: new GBS Centre in Wroclaw, Poland Office (initial mode), Hybrid (long-term solution)


Job description

As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and, where appropriate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.

 

Responsibilities
  • Use Python, SQL and low-code tools to prepare, analyze and automate data and process workflows.
  • Contribute to the responsible adoption of Generative AI in Finance, including use-case discovery, prototyping, evaluation and user enablement.
  • Support the development, testing and rollout of data models, dashboards and self-service analytics solutions in Power BI.
  • Work with Central IT to improve data quality, data governance, data integration and finance data platforms, including data lakes or lakehouse environments.
  • Configure and use Langdock to support secure enterprise AI use cases, such as document and knowledge analysis, drafting, agents and workflow assistance.
  • Create clear documentation, training materials and enablement sessions for business users. Support change management and adoption of new solutions.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional, international project teams and communicate results, risks and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Initial practical experience in data, digitalization, Finance, automation or IT.
  • Intermediate experience with data and automation technologies, ideally including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python and SQL. Familiarity with Excel/ VBA is an advantage.
  • Interest in modern data platforms, APIs, cloud technologies and data governance. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Dataverse or similar environments is a plus.
  • Strong interest in Generative AI and its responsible application in a business context; practical experience with Langdock, comparable enterprise AI platforms, prompt engineering or AI-assisted workflows is an advantage.
  • Awareness of information security, data privacy and the need for human oversight when using AI in a Finance environment.
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working, with the curiosity to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to break down complex requirements, develop pragmatic solutions and communicate them in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
