Effective English is a language school for children and teenagers, created out of a need to teach in a different way from the traditional school system.
The school was built on the belief that children learn languages best when:

they have a real relationship with their teacher
they speak and use the language instead of only filling in exercises

We don’t teach from coursebooks and we don’t teach from behind a desk.

We are looking for an experienced English teacher (Native Speaker) who already knows how to:
– manage a classroom
– plan lessons with flow
– get children speaking
– build real relationships with students
– take responsibility for learning outcomes
This is not a job for someone who needs to be taught:
– how to control a group
– how to structure a lesson
– how to motivate children
– how to “figure out” classroom basics
We are building a strong, independent teaching team.
We want people who own their classes, not wait to be told what to do.
We especially welcome teachers who have worked with groups or run private tutoring before –
people who already know what it means to be responsible for their own students and results.
Here, you can focus on teaching and your students, while we take care of organisation, parents, and administration
