Job Summary
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in finance, credit control, or customer communication. As a Collections Specialist, you will contact customers to remind them about overdue payments, help resolve simple billing issues, and support the company’s cash flow. You will receive comprehensive training and clear development paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers by phone and email to remind them about outstanding payments.
  • Learn to negotiate payment arrangements following company guidelines.
  • Assist with monitoring overdue accounts and updating systems with customer responses.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve basic disputes or billing questions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior collectors or team leads.
  • Provide regular updates to the Collections Team Lead.
  • Follow legal and company policies for debt collection (training provided).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree must have.
  • No previous experience required - open to fresh graduates.
  • English Language knowledge B2/C1.
  • Strong communication and confidence speaking with customers (training provided).
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult conversations.
  • Basic Excel and willingness to learn financial systems like SAP.
  • Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
  • Professional and customer‑focused attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
