Process Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Analyze quality topics from the production process together with line leaders and quality controllers
- Take care of change management process in the production process including qualification process releases
- Handle Internal/External customer claims related to production process
- Create Internal/External Customer A3/8D reports and communicate to related stakeholders
- New projects collaboration; launch of mass production; problem-solving leading on production process
- Conduct internal audits and receive external audits
- Prepare work instructions; co-create production process documentation: Control Plan and PFMEA
Requirements:
- Min. 2 year experience in a similar role within production area
- University degree in engineering
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, 5 Why, Ishikawa
- Knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of Polish
- Customer oriented
- Proactive
- Able to work independently without supervision
